  2. You can add lime, lemon or apple cider vinegar to water and drink it. These are alkaline which will stop the formation of kidney stone.
  3. Lessen the salt intake and don’t use animal protein foods like legumes. You can use salt substitutes
  4. Calcium rich food can be taken but only after taking doctor’s advice. Don’t take calcium supplements this will increase kidney stones risks.
