PRANAYAM yoga practice stops all the negative thoughts to disturb my mind thus helping me to shed away my worries, making my mind relaxed and relieved. Now with my relaxed mind, I respond peacefully in my stressful situations. Earlier when I was stressed my blood pressure rises, the heart beats faster and my respiration get disturbed, but now yoga is improving all these problems thus keeping away by the body from the adverse effects of stress.
Strengthens concentration and sharpen memory
As soon as I became a regular yoga practitioner I found that my memory is slowly getting sharpened and now I can remember things better than before. Yogic practice TRATAK removes all the external distractions and helps me to concentrate and focus on one thing at a time.
Earlier whenever anything happened immediately or something against me I get irritated quickly and starts shouting. I know this is wrong but still couldn’t control myself.
